I'm sorry to say that we have no tricks, nor any treats for you today, but Bungie does! That's right, today, October 31st from 12:01 a.m - 3:01 a.m. November 1st Bungie will have a new playlist up on halo 3 based on the gametype Infection. Infection is basically a game called zombies in which there are two teams that are greatly unbalanced. One team (the humans) start off with normal attributes and can use any weapon, and the other team (the zombies) usually only have about 1 or 2 people to start off on the team. The zombies usually have no armor, and can only carry around a sword. The object of the game is:
HUMANS: Try to be the last human alive.
ZOMBIES: Turn all the humans into zombies.
To turn a human into a zombie, a zombie must simply kill the human, which automatically switches that human onto the zombies team, and gives them all the zombie attributes.
All of the maps that will be played in the playlist will be customized by the Bungie employees using Forge, to give everything a more Halloween feel, and to better suite the Infection gametype.
This will be a ranked playlist, so you might want to check this out because it'll be a lot easier here to get some of those achievements that you're missing.
